Access
Tesometry provides analytics of your Tesla’s trips, charging and battery data. Collection requires a verified subscription, explicit vehicle selection and fresh telemetry consent. Earlier participation and consent do not provide a subscription or resume collection. In-app purchasing is not available yet; availability will be communicated separately. Contact lypovskiy@gmail.com to ask about access or get support.
Tesometry is intended for compatible Tesla vehicles in North America and Europe. Actual availability depends on your vehicle, Tesla Fleet API support, permissions and service capacity. Do not assume that registration guarantees vehicle compatibility or uninterrupted access.
Your account and permissions
Connect only a vehicle you own or are authorized to manage. Keep sign-in links private. Tesla authorization, telemetry collection and location collection are separate permissions. Review each before enabling it.
You remain responsible for operating the vehicle safely. Use vehicle controls and Tesla’s own guidance for driving, charging and safety decisions. Do not interact with the app while driving.
What the app shows
The app presents reported vehicle state, trip and charging history, consumption summaries, routes when location is enabled, and battery estimates. These records depend on telemetry received from the vehicle and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
- Battery degradation: a provisional estimate based on nominal capacity and a reference capacity. It is not a battery diagnosis, warranty assessment or certified state-of-health measurement.
- Charging and energy: recorded values may use different energy measurement points. DC-session and route accuracy are still being validated. Charging cost is not calculated yet.
- Offline and stale data: cached information may be shown with its timestamp. It does not necessarily represent the vehicle’s current state.
- Routes and addresses: require location permission and may contain gaps or approximate labels. They are history features, not a navigation service.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service develops. The team may pause access or collection to address outages, stale telemetry, storage or budget limits, recovery problems or privacy incidents. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular release date. Contact support if a pause affects your account.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Leaving and deleting data
You can leave at any time. Turning telemetry off stops new collection; existing history remains subject to retention. Disconnecting Tesla stops new collection locally; collected vehicle data is erased only after remote disable is confirmed and disconnect completes. Existing data remains while that step is pending, and your email account stays in place. Deleting your account revokes local access and removes email identities and vehicle history; remote Tesla cleanup and deletion-record export can remain pending until confirmed.
Raw telemetry is retained for 30 days. Vehicle history is retained while collection is active, then normally purged 90 days after collection stops or the access period ends. Expired history is purged before collection resumes. See the privacy policy for details about providers, backups, permissions and requests.
Support and updates
Contact lypovskiy@gmail.com. Support response target: two business days; privacy incident reports: within 24 hours. The update date at the top identifies this version of the terms. Review changes before continuing use.
